  • Development of Risk Based Training Needs Analysis Toolkit – method and guidance, for a railway operating company. This is a method that helps organisations to identify training needs and prioritise them according to risk, so that more time and effort is directed towards elements of people’s tasks that have the potential to inject risk into the business if they are performed incorrectly.
